1. About the platform

ThreeTides is an educational technical analysis tool based on the Triple Screen methodology. The platform is designed to help you develop trading discipline and risk management. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer of financial services of any kind.

2. Investment disclaimer

• The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
• Market data has approximately 15 minutes of delay (source: Yahoo Finance) and is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Any investment decision is the sole responsibility of the user.
• ThreeTides is not a registered financial advisor nor is it regulated as such.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. This means LemonSqueezy is the legal seller and handles billing, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes. By subscribing, you also accept LemonSqueezy's terms of service. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile, with no minimum commitment. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Personal data and privacy

• Authentication is managed through Clerk. When you create your account, Clerk processes your email and session data according to its own privacy policy.
• We store in Supabase only the data necessary for the app to function: your watchlist, preferences, and subscription status.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
• You can request the deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us via email.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies strictly necessary for authentication and platform functionality. We may use analytics tools (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand general app usage. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information.

6. Acceptable use

• Using the platform for scraping, data redistribution, or any unauthorized automated use is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
